If you buy from us, and you change your mind when you receive your order, you can send it back and get your money back.

**Goods being returned must be unopened, undamaged, and in resalable condition**


To return an item to us for your money back 
send an email to info@tilecleaningproducts.com.au stating your order number and the item/s you wish to return. We will then confirm your order and advise return address details and Return Goods Number (RGN).


Our No Problem Money Back Policy applies in relation to every product we sell provided:

  • You notify us of your intention to return the item/s within 14 days of you receiving your order from us.

  • The returned item/s are received by us within 14 days of us providing you with RGN confirmation and return details.

  • The item/s are returned to us at your cost in unopened brand-new condition in original packaging. Seals on chemicals and bottles must be intact.

  • The item is securely packed for return postage to ensure that the item and packaging is received back by us in original and re-saleable condition. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your purchase price if we find that the goods are not in such a condition; however, a partial refund may be made at our discretion.

  • We will not be responsible for returns that are lost or misplaced by postage or courier companies prior to reaching our warehouse, so please ensure you choose a tracked postage option.

  • DO NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.

  • Any refund of the purchase price of the returned product will exclude delivery charges. If you received free delivery then we reserve the right to deduct the cost of delivery from your refund amount.

  • Refunds will be processed to the account that was used to pay for your order. Credit card orders via PayPal will be refunded to your credit card via PayPal; Direct Credit orders to our bank account will be refunded to your bank account (please provide us with your bank account information when emailing us). Alternative refund arrangements are at our sole discretion. Cash refunds are NOT possible.

  • Refunds will be made within 2 business days of receiving undamaged goods at our warehouse.
