HOW TO CLEAN AND ADD FINISH TO DESIGNER, POLISHED OR COLOURED CONCRETE USING THE CONCRETE FLOOR FINISHES COMBO
Cleaning Concrete:
Dilute FilaPS87 with water at a ratio of 1:5 and apply to the surface.
Leave to act for a few minutes then agitate with a single-disc professional cleaner, a
scrubbing brush or a stiff broom.
Vacuum, mop or wipe up dirt and then rinse with plenty of water.
Concrete Sealer for stain protection and to hold the Concrete Finishes:
FilaFob does not require dilution: Ready to use.
Apply FilaFob with a large brush.
The following day, apply one or two coats of the most suitable protective product (FilaSatin for a satin finish or FilaClassic for a shinier finish)
Concrete Floor Finishes – satin effect finish (FilaSatin)
Dilution: use undiluted.
Apply an even coat of the product to a dry and clean floor using a cloth or other
suitable method.
After one hour, apply a second coat at right-angles to the first.
The floor can be walked on after 2-3 hours.
Can be buffed with a woollen cloth to increase the level of gloss if desired.
From time to time, wash’n’wax the floor using a cupful of product in a bucket of water.

Dilution: use undiluted.
Apply an even coat of the product to a dry and clean floor using a cloth or other
suitable method.
After one hour, apply a second coat at right-angles to the first.
The floor can be walked on after 2-3 hours.
Can be buffed with a woollen cloth to increase the level of gloss if desired.

How to Clean Concrete once it’s sealed:
Use a diluted solution of FilaCleaner – dilute 1:200 for ordinary concrete cleaning or 1:30 for a deeper clean.
* Do not use FilaPS87 to clean the surface once the concrete sealer has been applied, as it will remove the sealer. *
For spot stain removal, use Fila NoSpot for oily, greasy stains or FilaSR95 for organic (food-based) stains.
