Terracotta is a highly absorbent tile (some much more than others) so when it is used outside it’s really important to make sure a high-quality terracotta sealer is applied in order to protect it from weathering, stains and damage.

Cleaning Terracotta Tiles with FilaPS87
Dilute FilaPS87 with water at a 1:5 ratio.
Spread onto the surface and leave to act for a few minutes.
Scrub with a scrubbing brush or a single-disc cleaner.
Vacuum or wipe up dirt and then rinse with plenty of water.
Sealing Terracotta Tiles using FilaW68 Terracotta Sealer
Make sure the surface is clean and dry.
Use a paintbrush or lambswool applicator to apply a coat of FilaW68.
Apply a second coat immediately at right angles to the first.
How to Clean Terracotta on an ongoing basis
Use a 1:200 dilution of FilaCleaner for regular cleaning, or a dilution of 1:30 when a more intensive clean is necessary.
For spot stain removal, use Fila NoSpot for oily, greasy stains or FilaSR95 for organic (food-based) stains.
